Chinese: 北京烤鸭
Pinyin: Bei3jing1 cao3yang1
a classic Beijing dish often replicated in other parts of China and the world, but never as good as the real version... esp when served on a duck platter! take a pancake, dip some duck in the provided hoisin sauce, lay it on the pancake, take some cucumbers and onions and lay it on the pancake. now roll and eat! hands are ok though if you have mad chopstick skills, it can be done sans hands
the leftover duck is made into a super tasty soup. most foreigners don't know this, so don't forget your free soup!
